There is something ridiculous and yet endearing about a dirigible finishing school. Conspiracy abounds in this, the second book of the series. After the debut girls are evaluated, Sophronia finds herself shunned by the other girls for her top marks. Someone is trying to kidnap Dimity, and Monique is up to Something. Embroidered codes on pillows, details of vampire hives, this was an excellent romp in a steampunk Victorian setting.
