Great music score! Love pirate stories as I am a descendant of Captain Morgan! Another enjoyable “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie.

Rated 7/10. Good, but not as good as previous stories.

This movie was okay but "Dead Man Tell No Tales" redeemed it.

(PS. "Dead Man Tell No Tales" was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

While it may be the weakest movie of the franchise thus far it is still, far and away, an entertaining movie. It is not as gruesome as the previous three films (no ghosts, ghouls, or monsters) but it has mermaids and a pirate with a rather magical sword to keep the supernatural in the overall story-line. Depp is still a fine Captain Jack Sparrow. Cruz is okay. McShane, however, is dominant as the nasty pirate of legend: Blackbeard.

Just another sequel to another Disney franchise i don't really care for period. At least the series is still interesting to a certain extent though.

Even though Will and Elizabeth are not in this one it stills is a great movie and there are some new characters introduced too!

It was fun to see Ian McShane and Penelope Cruz added to the cast of the Pirates for this new adventure. Some of the choreography was predictable but the special effects were again spectacular -- as was Johnny Depp playing Jack Sparrow.

Not my favourite, but not the worst either (At World's End was dreadful!) Penelope Cruz's accent was a bit annoying, but she did an amazing job playing Angelica. The directors played it all out very well, because I bet everyone was thinking that the Spanish were also after the Fountain of Youth to gain youth and life. But as it turns out, they were looking for it for different reasons!

i absolutly love love love this movie! I love the mermaids their gorgeous, yet deadly. However they really are the best part in the movie. Its a great movie i was really surprised that i liked the movie. I thought i would not like Pirates of the Caribbean but i guess now i do :)

Pleasantly surprised that the negative press was overly critical. It was humorous, great stunts, romance (cliche pirate style), nice production design and legends. Glad that I decided to watch it against the reviews (33% rating at Rotten Tomatoes.)

Jack Sparrow: Clergyman, on the off chance that this does not go well for me, I would like it noted here and now that I am fully prepared to believe in whatever I must, so that I may be welcomed into that place where all the "goody-goodies" get to go. Savvy?
